APPOINTMENTS
Pedicure Plus welcomes all walk-in clients upon availability. Scheduled appointments allow our team adequate preparation to serve you better. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a cancelling your appointment. The fee for the service will remain the same this includes our partners voucher and our own Gift voucher value . Group booking packages and group appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.


CANCELLATIONS
We respectfully ask clients for at least a 24-hour notice prior to a cancellation. Please take into consideration that our staff and other clients may have requested that appointment time. No shows or cancellations made less than 24-hours from the scheduled service will be charged the full amount of that service. If you have not paid the deposit you will be charged in your next appointment with us.For Payments made by credit and debit cards any request for a refunds 5% charge will be required to cover the processing cost.

CHILDREN
P
edicure Plus is a full service salon for adults and young adults. (under the age of 18, parental consent is required for service). Children are not permitted or left unattended in all of our Salons. Damages to the salon or salon property are the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Failure to provide proper supervision may result in the cancellation of services. We want all of our customers to enjoy their time at Pedicure Plus.

CONCERNS
If you have any medical issues, allergies, or are on any medications that could interfere with a service, please let the service provider know. If you have any special needs, please let our receptionist know when making your appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate you. All the incidents has to be reported and recorded before you leave our Salon. We will not be responsible if you failed to report any incident and left the Salon. 

GIFT VOUCHER/CERTIFICATE
Gift voucher can be purchased in salon, online in our website or by phone and are an ideal gift for any occasion! Our gift voucher can be used for product and services. Gift voucher are not redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced. Gift voucher can be emailed just provide correct email address during your purchase.Voucher has to be used before the expired date and would not be extended in any circumstance.

PAYMENT/HEALTH INSURANCE
We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. But small fee will be charged in all payment by credit cards. Additional fee will be charged for completing insurance claim/forms for the treatment. Cash or card payment for a treatment has three month (90 days) to expire and non refundable or extended in any circumstances.Please check with us before treatment if you want to claim towards your health insurance as many our treatment are beauty and not covered for health insurance.

PERSONAL ITEMS

The Pedicure Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Valuables should be client responsibilities. You must keep your valuables with you and at your own risk at all time. Items will not be held at the front desk. Bags, coats or personal items are allowed in our Salons at your own watch and risk.
